Peruvian food on your flights to North America

Among the improvements we are making to the catering service, onboard procedures and passenger service for LATAM flights, LAN Perú has introduced Peruvian dishes on its flights from Lima to Madrid, Los Angeles, Miami and New York.

The new dishes are a part of a pilot period as a part of the company’s onboard services refresh, and in the next few months LAN will make a definitive decision on whether to include this Peruvian cuisine permanently as a part of the on-board service we offer our passengers.

Among the dishes we have introduced are causa limeña (potato stuffed with fish), ají de gallina (spiced chicken casserole), papas a la Huancaína (potatoes with spicy, creamy sauce), arroz a la chiclayana con pollo y salsa de seco (chicken and rice cooked in black beer and cilantro with a dry sauce) and arroz chaufa (fried rice) with chicken and apricots.
